This U-shaped foam profile measures 60mm internal opening by 80mm outer width and is manufactured from low-density polyethylene (LDPE) foam containing a minimum of 95% recycled raw material, certified to UNE-15343. It provides reliable edge and surface cushioning for a broad range of mid-to-large sized products, absorbing shocks and protecting against abrasion throughout storage and distribution.
The U-shape clips firmly onto product edges without adhesives, staying in position during handling and transit. The closed-cell foam construction is moisture resistant and non-abrasive, making it safe to use on finished or painted surfaces. Flexible and easy to cut or apply, it suits both manual packing and production line use. Compatible with LDPE mechanical recycling streams.
