This polyethylene foam roll measures 1500mm wide, 4.0mm thick, and 75 metres long, pre-split into two 750mm-wide sections. At 4mm, this is the heaviest gauge in the foam roll range, providing the highest level of cushioning and impact protection for products that need a substantial protective layer during storage and transit.
Manufactured from closed-cell low-density polyethylene (LDPE), the foam delivers excellent shock absorption and vibration dampening alongside reliable surface protection. The two-roll split allows each section to be used independently across different product types or simultaneously by two operators on a shared packing line. High-cling properties ensure the foam wraps stay in position around items without adhesives. Non-abrasive and leaves no residue. Recyclable in LDPE recycling streams.
