The AirBoy Nano4 is a small air cushion machine designed for packing stations that need void fill on demand without taking up much space. It produces both standard air pillows and wider quilted void fill, making it suitable for a range of box sizes and products. There is no warm-up time. You switch it on and it is ready to run. Speed can be adjusted depending on how fast you are packing, and output is consistent once it is set. Because it does not need an external compressor, it runs quietly and can sit directly on a packing bench without becoming a nuisance. The Nano4 is a good fit for small to medium dispatch areas where pre-inflated packaging is impractical. It reduces the need for storage space and keeps packing materials close to where they are used. Film loading and routine maintenance are simple, with spare PTFE bands and a blade supplied. Ventamac supplies the AirBoy Nano4 with full product support and compatible films, making it easy to integrate into an existing packing setup without overcomplicating the process.
