This L-shaped foam profile measures 50mm on each arm with a length of 2 metres per piece and is manufactured from low-density polyethylene (LDPE) foam containing a minimum of 95% recycled raw material, certified to UNE-15343. The L-shape sits over product corners, protecting the outer edge and both surfaces in a single piece, delivering consistent corner cushioning without the need for multiple components.
Corresponding to the Cellu-Pro L 45 profile range, this compact L profile is well suited to appliance corners, homewares, picture frames, and boxed electronics. The closed-cell LDPE foam absorbs shocks and prevents surface marking or chipping, while its lightweight construction minimises the overall packaging footprint. Non-toxic, odourless, and moisture resistant. Compatible with LDPE mechanical recycling streams.
