This L-shaped foam profile measures 75mm on each arm with a length of 2 metres per piece and is manufactured from low-density polyethylene (LDPE) foam containing a minimum of 95% recycled raw material, certified to UNE-15343. L-shaped profiles are designed to sit along the outer corners of products, protecting the edge and both adjacent surfaces simultaneously in a single profile.
Corresponding to the Cellu-Pro L 75 profile, this larger format is particularly suited to protecting the corners of flat-screen TVs, monitors, vehicle windscreens, mirrors, and large framed goods. The closed-cell LDPE foam absorbs impacts, prevents surface abrasion, and reduces the risk of corner damage during storage and distribution. Its compact cell structure also provides thermal insulation performance, extending versatility beyond standard packaging. Compatible with LDPE mechanical recycling streams.
