This U-shaped foam profile measures 25mm internal opening by 35mm outer width and is manufactured from low-density polyethylene (LDPE) foam containing a minimum of 95% recycled raw material, certified to UNE-15343. This compact U profile is designed for protecting thinner edges and smaller product formats, providing a close-fitting cushion that resists abrasion, impact, and surface marking.
Corresponding to the Cellu-Pro U 15-30 profile range, this size is frequently used for flat-pack goods, electronics packaging, and construction materials including window profiles and glass units. The foam clips onto edges without fixings and can be easily repositioned as required. Moisture resistant and non-toxic, it is suitable for a wide range of product types. Compatible with LDPE mechanical recycling streams.
