This U-shaped foam profile measures 45mm internal opening by 60mm outer width and is manufactured from low-density polyethylene (LDPE) foam containing a minimum of 95% recycled raw material, certified to UNE-15343. The profile fits snugly over product edges and remains securely in place during handling without adhesives, protecting surfaces from scratches, chips, and impact damage.
Corresponding to the Cellu-Pro U 40-60 profile range, this mid-size U profile is commonly used for shelving, furniture legs, and worktop edges. The closed-cell foam structure is resilient, moisture resistant, and odourless, making it safe for use across food-related and domestic product applications. Lightweight and flexible, it can be easily cut to length and applied by hand. Compatible with LDPE mechanical recycling streams.
