This U-shaped foam profile measures 5mm internal opening by 15mm outer width and is manufactured from low-density polyethylene (LDPE) foam containing a minimum of 95% recycled raw material, certified to UNE-15343. The smallest profile in the U-shape range, it is engineered for protecting very fine edges such as glass panes, screens, delicate electronic components, and precision-cut materials.
Corresponding to the Cellu-Pro U 8-18 profile range, this ultra-slim profile provides targeted cushioning in a minimal footprint, adding virtually no bulk to the packaged product. The closed-cell foam grips fine edges securely without adhesives, protecting against scratching, chipping, and vibration damage. Non-toxic, odourless, and moisture resistant. Compatible with LDPE mechanical recycling streams.
