This U-shaped foam profile measures 80mm internal opening by 100mm outer width and is manufactured from low-density polyethylene (LDPE) foam containing a minimum of 95% recycled raw material, certified to UNE-15343. This larger U-shape provides substantial edge cushioning for wide or heavy products, wrapping securely around edges to absorb shocks and prevent surface damage during handling and transit.
Corresponding to the Cellu-Pro U 60-80 profile range, it is particularly effective for protecting large furniture panels, white goods, and architectural components. The closed-cell LDPE foam is moisture resistant, odourless, and non-toxic, making it suitable for products used in food storage or domestic environments. The high-tensile foam maintains its shape under repeated use. Compatible with LDPE mechanical recycling streams.
