This polyethylene foam roll measures 1500mm wide, 2.5mm thick, and 120 metres long, pre-split into two 750mm-wide sections. The wide 750mm format is well suited to covering larger items quickly, with each pass providing generous surface protection without the need for multiple overlapping layers.
Manufactured from closed-cell low-density polyethylene (LDPE), the 2.5mm gauge delivers firm cushioning and surface protection against pressure, vibration, and abrasion. The two-section split allows both rolls to be deployed independently or simultaneously across a packing line, improving throughput in operations with regular large-item wrapping requirements. High-cling properties keep the foam securely in place without adhesives or residue. Recyclable in LDPE recycling streams.
