This polyethylene foam roll measures 1500mm wide, 2.5mm thick, and 120 metres long, pre-split into three 500mm-wide sections. The 500mm width is one of the most versatile formats for general packing, providing enough coverage to wrap a wide range of items efficiently while maintaining precise material control with minimal waste.
Manufactured from closed-cell low-density polyethylene (LDPE), the 2.5mm gauge offers firmer surface protection than thinner foam grades, cushioning against pressure, vibration, and abrasion. The three-section split allows each roll to be used independently or shared across multiple packing stations simultaneously. Non-abrasive and free from harmful additives, leaving no residue on sensitive surfaces. Recyclable in LDPE recycling streams.
