This polyethylene foam roll measures 1500mm wide, 4.0mm thick, and 75 metres long, supplied as a single unsplit full-width roll. At 4mm, this is the heaviest gauge in the range, offering the highest level of cushioning and impact protection for products requiring a substantial protective layer during handling, storage, and transit.
Manufactured from closed-cell low-density polyethylene (LDPE), it delivers excellent shock absorption, vibration dampening, and surface protection across the full 1500mm width. The full-width unsplit format is ideal for wrapping large or oversized items in a single pass, or for cutting bespoke widths as required. High-cling properties keep the foam securely wrapped around items without adhesives or residue. Non-abrasive and recyclable in LDPE recycling streams.
