Clear pre-stretched hand pallet wrap, 400mm wide at 5 micron thickness. Pre-stretched film is manufactured with the elongation applied during production, eliminating the need for the operator to apply significant force during wrapping. This dramatically reduces physical effort, minimises hand and wrist fatigue, and ensures a consistent, even tension is applied to the pallet load throughout the wrap cycle.
At 5 micron the film is ultra-thin and extremely lightweight, significantly reducing plastic usage per pallet compared to conventional stretch films. Despite the minimal gauge, the film provides reliable load containment through the inherent cling and memory properties of the pre-stretched LLDPE material. The 550m roll length means fewer roll changes in high-volume operations. Contains 30% post-consumer waste content. The clear film keeps pallet contents and labels fully visible. Supplied 8 rolls per box.
